The Congress Organizer will send a letter of invitation upon request to the participants who finalized their registration process. The Organizing Committee would like to clearly state that the letter is to help the participant to raise travel funds and visa purposes. It has no further financial obligations from the Congress towards the participant. The Congress Secretariat is only able to send you the letter of invitation after receipt of your registration and payment.
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents or loss of or damage to private property of participants. Upon registration, participants agree that neither the Organizing Committee nor the Congress Secretariat assumes any liability.
Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
